Open letter to whom it may concern.
Regardless of the validity of some rumors floating around regarding someone very close to someone we adore, I would like to suggest those of you wrought with concern, or seething with ire at the tabloids, to use this energy productively.

Say your prayers, send your positive energies to anyone who may be facing this.
And count your blessings if you are not.
If anything good can come of this type of thing, it's awareness and a push into action.
Krix,
What a thoughtful way of handling either (1) a dreadful untrue story; and, or (2) a dreadful true story.
Do you mind if I share your idea.

Thank you.
what annoys me about this story is that so many fans who never mention his family in any other posts they make on various boards, are all of a sudden overcome by grief for kim. some have even spoken about what a tough time they are having sleeping because they are crying so much. i love keanu but i am not so obsessed that i stay up crying about his family members. yes, if the rumor is true, its a sad thing and i feel for him but some of his fans are feeling way too much into this. What a class act you are! There is nothing we can do for those concerned other than as you recommended and it is truly an invasion of their privacy to publicly speculate about such a private and obviously painful subject. Your dignified response to this touches my heart.
