I broke my favorite bowl today, but I didn't cut myself cleaning it up.
humphrey is so photogenic, glad you didn't get cut...what's that cicle on him?
Posted by: tess on January 12, 2003 12:37 PMThat's the coolest yin-yang I've ever seen. Then again, I really like cats.
I'm wearing black in honor of your bowl.
What a wonderful poster that would make. Humphrey is A+ adorable!
So sorry about your bowl, krix.
Posted by: Ann on January 12, 2003 01:30 PMyin-yang, no blood, all is well...
Posted by: Lori on January 12, 2003 01:32 PMthanks. it was a good bowl.
I hope you ducked quick enough, Jen ;)
Posted by: krix on January 12, 2003 02:28 PMI have a girlfriend for Humphrey if he's still... umm...interested...
She's multi-colored and multi-faceted.
Her mantra is "skritch me."
She's three years old, 1'2", and has gold eyes.
Her main interests are sleeping atop monitors,
watching squirrels eat bird seed, and chasing her sister. Enjoys experimenting with catnip, jazz clubs and walks on the beach. Not into phonies or games. No kids.
If Mr. H. doesn't mind high maintenance, she's purrfect for him.
Posted by: Chianti on January 12, 2003 02:53 PMAdorable cat.
I have new black one, with gray hairs on the back of his tail.
They are wonderful creatures.
Mine is jimmy after jimmy page (long story).
Why Humphrey?

Why Humphrey?
Well I got him 14 years ago when I lived in Santa Cruz. It was my first time living away from home and I really missed my ol' orange tomcat at the time, named Harry. So my (danger)boyfriend got me an orange kitty. I wanted something that started with an H and I picked 'Humphrey'
It's a really fun name to say, too.
Sometimes it's pronounced in a bellowing "HUM-Fray!"
There are many variations now, including "Humphernicus" "Humphy", "Humphers" and so on.
that is a absolutely amazing and very wonderful image.
