ET hasn't aired yet for me, but thanks to Chianti for the heads up on this link to a clip online. It's a little spoilery, but worth it for all you horndogs, which I'm pretty sure most of you are.
Oh, and I was at Best Buy tonight and they still suck. They don't have the atrocity known as the new Matrix phone yet, but they will sell you a fucking tin box with a picture of the ugly device and "Matrix Reloaded" surrounded by some code for a mere $19.99.
Ohmigod, they can so bite me.
AUGH! I've got to sit thru "Friends" wedding footage!?
Blick.
Posted by: krix on May 5, 2003 07:03 PMOh I want one! [matrix box]
but $20 - that's a lot of money. Is it really crap?
LOL
Posted by: Keanuette on May 5, 2003 07:26 PMIt's SO not worth 20 dollars. If you end up getting the phone, it will probably come with one.
And if I know you......you're getting the phone.
"i'm not *that* nude..." omg, that man! :)
Posted by: Lori on May 6, 2003 06:54 AMhere via tony pierce. unique site to say the least. just one question, if keanu wasn't in the matrix, would you still be excited to go see it?
Posted by: madmathias on May 6, 2003 09:58 AMExcited? No.
Would I still go see it? Depends on who Neo would be, and since I can't wrap my head around anyone other than Keanu in this role, I can definitely say "excited" I would not be.
"Kiefer?" Yes. I would go see it, but for anyone else, I would wait for PPV.
Posted by: Chianti on May 6, 2003 10:52 AMI would still be excited to see it, but I wouldn't be taking time off from work to make sure I saw the first showing(s). I do that in support of him and his career and have with each of his movies for the past several years, even (ugh) The Watcher. Not that the franchise needs my eight bucks to break any records.
I'm excited because the release of this movie is an *event* that, because of my fandom, I have been following the production of for the past 2 years, and I'm happy and proud to be a fan of Keanu's and of the character of Neo, along with the rest of the Matrix.
Amen sista!
