Really interesting. Thanks, Nudel.
red pill | from inside the mind of krix at January 16, 2004 02:42 PM .I know...
I can't believe that Joel nearly blanked him at the premiere and they left his name off the credits and they lost his DL and camera.
I'd be spitting fire if it were me. He's so gracious and see the 'providence' in everything. I loved this article.
Posted by: Keanuette on January 16, 2004 04:05 PMThanks, krixy. I saw this earlier and wanted to both blog about it and bring it to your attention, but I lost the link and was going to be late for work. :/
Too bad the fools who panned on Revolutions don't have the patience/wit to read it. These movies really are much more significant than they will ever be given credit for.
Posted by: Mikey2 on January 16, 2004 04:09 PMThanks for the link krix. Very good read. I enjoyed it.
Posted by: mel on January 16, 2004 05:00 PM... and Nudel, thank you too!
Posted by: mel on January 16, 2004 05:03 PMMikey, I wanted to do the same and I may yet, but I knew krix would do a better job of it, so instead I emailed it to all my friends.
Terrific article that confirms what I've always felt about these films. There's so much there there.
Thanks, krix, for giving it a bigger audience.
Posted by: bakednudel on January 16, 2004 07:36 PMwell, I've dissapointed you nudel. I just ended up posting the link. I've got too much on my mind this week to give the whole essay the attention it deserves. Of course, it's all pretty well put by Mr. White and I'm not sure what else there is to do but nod in agreement and appreciate that he shared his thoughts with the community of Matrix fans.
Posted by: krix on January 16, 2004 07:48 PMDoh, and thanks to you too, Nudel. Sorry, I omitted the gratitude when railing against the anti-M's (pronounced "Anty-em's"...my nickname for the people who won't give the movies the respect it deserves).
Thanks for bringing it to everyone's attention. :)
Posted by: Mikey2 on January 16, 2004 08:23 PMOMG!! Thank you Krix for posting that article!
I literally *kissed* the monitor while I read it. It's so refreshing to hear genuine criticism and appreciation for The Matrix trilogies without that dirty bias that most critics put on films.
So....thanks to Nudel for the link, Krix for posting the blog, and especially Mr. White for his honest introspective insight into the films!

Posted by: sta-cie on January 17, 2004 02:51 AManother very enjoyable and much appreciated read, krix!
Very interesting article, I've copied it and emailed it to all members of my 'Matrix posse'. Thanks!
Posted by: Maddi on January 17, 2004 05:32 AMThis is what I've been waiting to read since the opening day, a fair, insightful review, something that reflected the heart and soul of the movie as well as the pictures and sounds that flashed by us. Very well put, I will save and savour this. Thanks to Nudel and Krix.
