*eyeroll*
I can't decide if I really want one of these or if I want to point and mock it.
I think I'll stick with my illegal "I [heart] Keanu" baseball jersey.
It's affectionate without being presumptuous.
it wahs | from inside the mind of krix at April 15, 2004 02:23 PM .I vote we all get one and show up at the next becky concert wearing them.
Posted by: Tyler on April 15, 2004 02:33 PMI will be the one with the Ugg boots.
Posted by: Tyler on April 15, 2004 02:37 PM*zoinks!*
That 2nd link freaked me out! I saw a comment pre "!" era, and didn't realise it was me, back from the past, LOL!
*giggle* I'm probably still hazy from yesterday :-)
Oh! Only one more day to go!!! Woo-hoo!
*off to buy a cowboy-hat so I will at least have 'some' sort of feeling as if I'm at a ranch ;-)*
Julie!, it's a straw hat!!!
Maybe I will take out all my cacti into my garden,
cover the grass with sand,
look at the moon and pretend I'm over there...
Not that I normally tell people about my underwear purchases, but I really want one of those thongs. I mean, we're all Keanu fans here, so it is okay, right?
Posted by: Melissa on April 15, 2004 03:25 PMThose shirts remind me of these tanks i saw at intution.com. The prices are just as high too, too bad though. I saw we all buy one and show up all together like a bunch of "grouppies", except more intelligent.
Posted by: Allison on April 15, 2004 03:53 PMI think they would definatly wet themselves laughing If everyone turned up in these shirts. Keanu would definatly notice.lol. Krix could you please tell me where to find out the meaning of abreveations, then I would know what everyone was talking about.
Posted by: rhyanhan on April 15, 2004 04:10 PMOMG, I just saw the thongs, one word "UNBELEIVEABLE" Tacky,Tacky, Tacky.....
Posted by: rhyanhan on April 15, 2004 04:17 PMYou may want to check out the latest news about the hat at Club Keanu.
I'll put the link in my "name" below. Scroll down.
Posted by: Chianti on April 15, 2004 05:14 PMI'd bet he will get another one. He seemed to like this one a lot.
Watch for "squashed hat" on eBay. ;)
Posted by: Chianti on April 15, 2004 05:27 PMYou know I loved that "I [heart] Keanu" thing that you have on your main page. I even downloaded it, thinking that if I ever get my web page up, I'd ask you if I could use it as a link to the Vision. I didn't know you had a whole SHOP! damn cafe press!
Although yes I DID know that the "I [heart] whatever" is copyright. Milton Glaser is the designer, and here's his website if anyone is interested (link to the logo in question):
http://www.miltonglaser.com/projects/logos.html
As a bit of history, he was also responsible after 9/11 for the posters they had in NYC with "I [heart] NY", showing a little burned tip at the base of the [heart].
Although I very much doubt that Mr. Glaser would have tracked you down for "I [heart] Keanu".
I fall into the "tacky, tacky, tacky" camp on the Mrs. Reeves t-shirts though. Geez, they could have at least picked a nice font!
OK, so nobody else is interested in graphic design but me...sorry about the blognapping.
Posted by: bakednudel on April 15, 2004 05:52 PMI am of the opinion that those shirts make the baby Jesus cry.
I would probably feel more favorable toward them if it wasn't the "in" thing in Hollywood to be wearing them at the moment. It's f*ckin annoying to open any random magazine and see some celebrity wearing a "Mrs. Kutcher" tee.
Posted by: Ashley on April 15, 2004 06:14 PMWell, I guess one person's tacky is another person's kewl.
Yeah, those Mrs. Kutcher tees are annoying, but you gotta admit that the words Mrs. Reeves alone are way kewl.
Posted by: Melissa on April 15, 2004 07:08 PMThey must have just added Reeves to their list because I saw this last week and Reeves wasn't on there. Clooney? bwahahaha!
Posted by: Chianti on April 15, 2004 07:52 PMYeah, I am get pissed everytime I see some random person wearing a Mrs. Kutcher shirt...oh like the ones were it is on the butt of their shorts...but..yes Mrs. Reeves is way cooler!
