VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): Some astrologers say that Virgos tend to be so obsessed with small details that they neglect to focus on the big picture; that they get so bound up in seeking perfection that they miss out on life's messy beauty and slightly flawed glories. But even if there is a grain of truth in those ideas, they've temporarily become irrelevant. In the coming weeks, you'll be drawn to carry out the task Henry Miller described as follows: "to keep the miracle alive, to live always in the miracle, to make the miracle more and more miraculous, to swear allegiance to nothing, but live only miraculously, think only miraculously."
That he certainly does and is...
Posted by: Keanuette on August 18, 2004 11:19 AMRob! Once again, you've hit the nail on the head...
I did it again. Nail!
Speaking of Miracle, didja see the movie about the 1980 Olympic Hockey team? I thought of K the whole time...actually, it stars Kurt Russell who was in Stargate with James Spader(!) who was in The Watcher with the K-Man.
See? There was a connection. Nyah.
All kidding aside, the beautiful thing about Virgos is that the potential to be walking miracles is there, they just have to tap into it. Want proof? Look into their crystal clear eyes.
I admit it. I love Virgos.

Posted by: jude on August 18, 2004 01:59 PMOne of my all-time favorite pictures, the hair + downcast eyes...I think I'm experiencing a miracle... Thanks, krix!
Posted by: nudel on August 18, 2004 02:04 PMPersonally, I think nothing in life is flawless, and I perceive perfection to be found in the beauty of slightly flawed glories of all kinds. I think of it in terms of chaos theory, which provides mathematical proof that much of what appears on the surface as a random lack of order, is actually hidden details revealing adherence to particular laws, rules, and patterns. When too focused on the Chaos and not the hidden details, it’s easy to lose sight of the miracle at hand. If it were me, I wouldn’t let focus on someone else’s personal miracle distract me from finding my own.
I wouldn’t miss it for the world Virgo...I know a miracle when I see one.
He is so beautiful........miracoulus of course..but he needs to realize it, the time is now! Yes, to keep it alive, to live in it now,
to make it more and more, to swear allegiance,
to think it! Listen to all this Keanu, please baby! Love you my sweet love.......
i agree, keanu is the miracle... and that is an authentic comment, not gisty... he is amazing...i swear alliegence to the... keanu!
stunning picture too... nice choice! darn... i should have read more carefully, but my ftp is not functioning at the moment and i'm on edge about it... i don't mean keanu is 'nothing' just that he is amazing and a force...
jude.... just look at that keanu pic... he shows us, i think, that we are spirits/souls with emotions, mind and body and not the other way around! jmho! *smile*
hhmmm... shelz... wonder... is that like the fractal designs from mathemetical art? did i say that right? i haven't really studied math in depth.. it is said to the purest form of language..!? did i get that right?... oyvay!

Posted by: sta-cie on August 18, 2004 09:13 PMdude! theories and philosophy aside, his beauty and heart and person are simple everyday miracles that all of us can understand.

it's like a miracle. But not.
Posted by: op cit on August 19, 2004 08:57 AMNo, actually they are quite different. Mathematical Art uses computers to simulate patterns and create pictures. Where as chaos theory attempts to measure patterns naturally/intentionally existing in nature.
...I love everyday miracles.
Posted by: shelz on August 19, 2004 09:47 AMThanks op cit, glad to know it wasn't a scam. I still felt weird about using the site for it, though.
Posted by: krix on August 19, 2004 12:32 PMI love everyday miracles too.
That is very nice to know and think about! I believe in everyday miracles... think I will look further into your math/art/choas theory presentation... :)

That's simply beautiful Janice
