That was a great song! Wow! When you said, "Only two days" I clicked on the link expecting to hear some pitiful rendition of "Smoke On The Water." LOL!!! That was cool!

bass players are my weakness, I am convinced.
I play, and so does my ex husband, 5 ex boyfriends, my brother, my nephew, my best friend. Sometimes I wonder if my mom does it secretly...
Well, I've played guitar for a while, but was never very good. That helps knowing where the notes are. Bass is a whole other animal, though. Reeves must have some incredibly strong hands. Everything from my elbows down hurts today.
I guesss we are in need of a drummer now, then we're a band apparently. It's not terribly important to me, I'm just having fun playing and learning.
T, me too, always a weakmess. In fact the very first boy I ever kissed grew up to be a bass player.

and hey,you are right- if it isn't enjoyable to you it's not worth doing and i think the learning and joyful collaboration of a group of people playing music together is what is important.
When that's gone and it gets too serious, it falls apart and it's time to reload.
